How is it funded?
Playground Partnerships is a project of Kids First Trust, a national children’s charity based in London.
Up until 2008, our funding came from big companies such as Universal Pictures, Nintendo, Paramount Home Entertainment and Hasbro through the generous support of our founding company Woolworths Plc.
In 2009-2010, the project was funded with a combination of Kids First Trust reserves and a generous donation from Pedigree Books along with the charities supporters who organised cake bakes, jumped out of planes and ran marathons to help raise the money that is needed to deliver the project.
We do not receive any government funding.
